Kaukoputki online service
Kaukoputki is an easy and quick way to place transport orders when your company’s shipments can be counted on two hands on a daily basis. However, the service also works as an excellent tool for our corporate customers who use other channels to place transport orders. It serves professionals working in various roles at our client companies, such as dispatchers, logistics decision-makers, sales, finance and customer service. Our goal is clear: all your logistics in one place.
Who registers with Kaukoputki?
Corporate customer
Before using the service, your company must select an administrator who will register as a Kaukoputki main user. Our Kaukoputki support team will activate the administrator accounts manually no later than the next working day after registration. The main user adds other users in the company and assigns appropriate access rights to Kaukoputki users in their own organisation, including any other main users.
As a registered user, you will have access to Kaukoputki’s versatile features: Transport, price calculator, shipment tracking, customer reports, transport damage, invoices, address book, schedule search and user management.

If you receive a transmission, register as a recipient with Kaukoputki.
Kaukoputki is evolving
Kaukoputki online service was developed in our own technology unit in Tampere. The decision to keep the development work in-house stemmed from a desire to create a service that not only solves today’s challenges but also enables new functionalities in the future that support our customers’ changing logistics needs. We will gradually release more features, which we will communicate to users in Kaukoputki.
