What should the sender find out about the shipment recipient?

It's a good idea for the sender to find out a few things about the recipient and the unloading conditions – and communicate this information to the carrier – as this will make the delivery process smoother. Prior knowledge also helps the sender avoid unexpected extra service charges. At the same time, the environment wins too, as it helps us avoid unnecessary driving.
