Tracking shipments

You can track your shipment in the shipment tracking section. To track your shipment, you will need the waybill number or parcel ID. We scan your shipment every time it moves forward in the transport chain, and you can use the tracking feature to check where it was last registered.

By registering for our free Kaukoputki online service, you can obtain even more detailed information about your shipments transported by Kaukokiito. For example, you can see whether the shipment has been picked up from the sender, whether it is in transit or whether it has already been received. Shipment tracking also shows if there are any deviations in the delivery of the shipment.

In case you haven´t registered yet

If you are a corporate customer, must select an administrator who will register as a Kaukoputki main user. Admin´s account will be activated by the next business day at the latest. If you are a recipient, you can register directly in the service.
